The three brothers who own the restaurant (Fernando, Roberto and Marcelino) share a middle name that starts with the letter W (Waisun, Waichun and Waiko, respectively), the suffix of which when put together mean 'New China', a contraption their own father came up with as soon as he realized he was the lucky progenitor of three boys born in succesion---an occurrence much celebrated among the Chinese.
